Poster preparation guidelines for accepted abstracts
Key Upload Deadlines
- Authors selected for Poster Exhibition must upload their final ePoster by 23:59 (GMT+3) on 9 October 2026.
- Authors who selected Oral Presentation consideration during abstract submission must upload their ePoster by 23:59 (GMT+3) on 9 September 2026.
- Authors who selected Oral Presentation consideration but did not upload their ePoster by 9 September 2026 will remain eligible for Poster Exhibition, provided that the final ePoster is uploaded by 9 October 2026.
- Late submissions may not be displayed in the Poster Exhibition or considered for Oral Presentation.

| Media | Images, graphs, diagrams, and tables may be included if they are clear and relevant. |
| Optional video | MP4 only. Maximum 5 minutes. Maximum one video per ePoster. Maximum 20 MB. |
Recommended poster structure

| Background and objective | A concise explanation of the scientific problem and aim. |
| Methods | Key design, sample or model, measurements, and analysis methods. |
| Results | Main findings are supported by figures, tables, statistics, or qualitative outputs. |
| Conclusion and relevance | A clear take-home message linked to the selected Summit theme. |
| Disclosures | Funding, acknowledgments, conflicts of interest, ethics approval, and references where relevant. |
Design and Readability Recommendations
- Use a clear visual hierarchy with a title, concise section headings, and sufficient spacing between sections.
- Avoid overcrowding the ePoster with excessive text. Figures, tables, and graphs should be used to communicate the main findings clearly.
- All figures, tables, legends, and labels should be readable when displayed on a digital screen.
- Use high-contrast text and background combinations. Avoid backgrounds or color combinations that reduce readability.
- Use consistent formatting for headings, author information, affiliations, references, and disclosures.
- The title, author list, and affiliations must match the accepted abstract.
Quality check before upload
Before uploading the ePoster, authors should confirm that:
- The ePoster is written in English.
- The file is saved as a PDF.
- The ePoster is one page only and prepared in portrait / vertical orientation.
- The file follows the required 9:16 format.
- The file size does not exceed 5 MB.
- All figures, graphs, tables, legends, and labels are readable at screen size.
- The title, author list, affiliations, and presenting author details match the accepted abstract.
- Permissions have been obtained for any third-party images, figures, tables, or data where required.
- Funding, acknowledgments, conflicts of interest, ethics approval, and references are declared where applicable.
- The ePoster is uploaded before the relevant deadline.
Technical Review and Display
All uploaded ePosters may be checked for technical compliance before display. ePosters that do not meet the required file format, orientation, readability, content, or deadline requirements may not be displayed in the Poster Exhibition.
The Scientific Selection Committee and organizing team reserve the right to request minor technical corrections/ revisions before final display. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the final uploaded version is accurate, complete, and approved by all co-authors.
