Bernard Corfe is the current President of the Nutrition Society and is Editor in Chief of Journal of Nutritional Science. He has been actively organising conferences and redeveloping conference strategy with Nutrition Society since 2012. Bernard is Professor of Nutrition and Health at Newcastle University, where he is also director of the Human Nutrition and Exercise Research Centre. Bernard’s research interests are around the role of nutrients in gut health, and in improving outcomes in cancer survivors.
